Remote DTC Creative Strategist (English Fluency Required)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DTC Creative Strategist to design and execute high‑performing social media advertising campaigns for direct‑to‑consumer brands. The role blends creativity, data‑driven strategy, and team leadership to maximise client ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts and angles for video ads on TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Craft compelling copy, video scripts and creative briefs tailored to DTC audiences.
• Analyse ad account performance data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
• Lead and coordinate a creative team of editors, designers and copywriters.
• Maintain client relationships, present strategies and report results.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years experience in online advertising, preferably video ads for TikTok and Meta for DTC brands.
• Background in a performance‑marketing agency or in‑house brand team.
• Strong understanding of the creative production process.
• Experience in copywriting, scriptwriting and brief development.
• Proven ability to analyse ad accounts and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Client‑facing experience and demonstrated leadership of creative teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a full‑time availability (Monday‑Friday).
