About the role

We are looking for a Remote Legal Sales Representative to join NY Wills & Estates, a growing estate planning and elder law firm serving families in New York, New Jersey, and beyond. In this consultative sales role you will meet with prospective clients who are actively seeking legal guidance and help them choose the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families interested in wills, trusts, probate, guardianships, Medicaid planning, and asset protection.
• Build trust, explain complex legal solutions in plain language, and convert qualified leads into retained clients.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of pre‑qualified consultations – no cold calling required.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative, high‑ticket or legal sales environments.
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and guide clients through important decisions.
• Goal‑oriented, empathetic communicator with excellent follow‑up skills.
