Remote Personal Injury Paralegal (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a US‑based plaintiff law firm on a full‑time remote basis. The role supports a busy personal injury practice, working directly with attorneys and handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury case files and maintain case management systems.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and demand packages.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills.
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with settlement matters, litigation, and trial preparation.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to attorneys.

Required profile

• Previous experience working for a US personal injury law firm.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident, personable, and professional manner when dealing with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable home working environment with minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
