About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from global giants to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
