About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a portfolio of clients, ranging from global enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes, enforce quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among cross‑functional teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial compliance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction and alignment.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions and related initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
