Remote Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our network of professional cold callers. You will work on U.S. sales campaigns across multiple industries, making high‑volume outbound calls and booking qualified appointments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads using client‑provided criteria and follow call scripts.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and update CRM systems with accurate notes.
• Handle objections professionally and adapt conversations naturally.
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals and follow up with prospects when appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet home office, and availability during U.S. business hours.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable making high‑volume calls.
