Repair Support Agent

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a Repair Support Agent to join its CMSO RMA/Repair Support team in Reynosa, Mexico. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with orders, shipments, returns, and product issues, delivering service through phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and returned goods.
• Track product issues, manage returns, and coordinate escalations with technical support, order management, depot operations, and sales teams.
• Create and maintain case records, perform data entry, and use internal databases and system tools.
• Draft internal and external non‑technical documentation and forward customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and partners.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or technical support environment is preferred.
• Availability to work from the Reynosa office site.
