About the role
As a Reservations Agent at Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to experience the resort’s luxury and natural beauty. You will deliver personalized service, inspire confidence, and guide guests through the booking journey from inquiry to confirmed reservation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service via phone and email interactions.
- Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings with personalized attention.
- Accurately manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Coordinate VIP stays, special occasions, multi‑room bookings, and other complex arrangements.
Required profile
- Passionate about excellence and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with guests.
