Residential Architect

About the role

RARK Design Group is seeking a full‑time Residential Architect to join its on‑site team in Mexico City. You will be responsible for creating innovative residential designs, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating closely with clients to define project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions for residential projects.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project timelines, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design tools and technology throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Professional or academic background in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in residential architecture or construction projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Mexican building regulations and standards.
