About the role

The Residential Services Manager will be the primary point of contact for homeowners in Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, ensuring every request is handled with personalized attention and the brand’s high standards of service. This role blends hospitality expertise with property‑management responsibilities to create a seamless, luxury living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries, assess needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Assist the Residential Leadership team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including labor reporting and pre‑arrival coordination.
• Manage work orders, billing, and reconciliation for all in‑house services provided to residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
• Experience in property management or mixed‑use luxury residential communities is highly desired.
• Background in 5‑star resort or hotel operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is required.
