Retail Field Coach

About the role

The Retail Field Coach partners with store leaders and retail teams to elevate the Tiffany client experience. Through observation, coaching, and structured training, the Coach ensures brand standards and selling skills are consistently demonstrated across the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Observe daily client interactions on the sales floor and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain a coaching log tracking performance against Tiffany knowledge, client experience, selling skills, and attitude benchmarks.
• Ensure brand behaviors—including grooming, image, etiquette, and store presentation—are upheld.
• Partner with store leaders to identify performance gaps using sales dashboards and NPS data.
• Develop and execute coaching plans, schedule check‑ins, and track progress.
• Update employee training records in the Tiffany Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support a culture of continuous coaching and feedback by working directly with Store and Team Managers.
• Provide feedback to store leaders on leadership rituals such as Daily T, leader‑on‑the‑floor, and one‑to‑one conversations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to schedule and deliver motivational learning moments.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching retail teams and driving client‑experience improvements.
• Strong ability to observe, evaluate, and communicate performance feedback.
• Comfortable partnering with store leadership and influencing change.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining coaching logs and training records.
• Commitment to embodying and promoting Tiffany brand standards.

Required skills

• Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) – experience updating and managing training records.
