Revenue and Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Revenue & Marketing Analyst supports shipboard revenue generation by turning data into actionable insights. Working closely with both shoreside and shipboard teams, the analyst helps shape promotional strategies, monitor guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pre‑cruise, embarkation‑day, and in‑sailing revenue performance to spot promotional opportunities and track targets.
• Evaluate sell‑through, inventory, and capacity data for shore excursions and ship experiences.
• Produce ad‑hoc analytical reports for leadership, translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and monitor guest feedback trends.
• Manage targeted offer initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from system setup to redemption.
• Coordinate in‑cruise promotions, aligning targeted offers with mass campaigns and delivering collateral on time.
• Prepare End‑of‑Voyage revenue and guest‑satisfaction reports for senior directors.
• Provide post‑cruise analyses, including satisfaction insights and suite performance data.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, financial or business analysis.
• Preferably background in hospitality, cruise, or related industries.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
