Risk Modeling Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and assess where their logic holds.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Deliver diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
