RTR Supervisor – Finance (LATAM)

About the role

Unilever is seeking an experienced RTR Supervisor to lead the Record to Report process for its Latin America operations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to headquarters.
• Provide financial statement insights and analytics for LATAM controllers.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and ensure balance‑sheet hygiene.
• Support country controllers during month‑end close and implement corrective accounting actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, preventive actions, and automation projects.
• Participate in global projects and digital reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English for global communication.
• Experience working in a Global Business Services Center is a plus.
