About the role
As a Sales Development Representative for Indie Campers, you will sell vans and motorhomes to customers across Canada and the United States. You will also expand our marketplace by acquiring new vehicle listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high host satisfaction in the North American region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new listings and grow the marketplace.
- Implement online sales tactics to achieve B2C and B2B sales targets.
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads in the region.
- Reduce host churn by addressing issues promptly and improving retention.
- Monitor acquisition and account‑management performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the commercial funnel.
- Track key performance indicators such as net new listings, churn rate, and host satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements in acquisition and account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with local operations teams to prepare vehicles for sale.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer support, business development, or sales (auto or RV sales preferred).
- Fluent English with proven ability to handle high‑pressure customer situations and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Experience managing administrative tasks such as document handling and lease termination is a plus.
