Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the sales manager and the sales team in Monterrey, helping to achieve commercial targets through strategic and operational assistance. This role ensures smooth coordination, client communication, and high‑quality service across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and messages from clients, schools, bookstores and distributors.
• Prepare and file documents, contracts, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and generate Nexus reports.
• Maintain and record expense information for all zones within the region.
• Create vacation schedules for the commercial team.
• Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience supporting a sales manager or sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize problems.
• Team‑oriented and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM and sales management systems.
• Professional writing and correspondence handling.
