Sales & Clinical Manager TMTT

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Clinical Manager for our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit in Mexico City. You will lead a team of territory/account managers, drive clinical and financial performance, and help bring innovative cardiovascular solutions to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and motivate a team of territory/account managers to achieve clinical and sales targets.
• Support the team in direct sales activities, complex selling situations and short‑term business plans.
• Promote the TMTT product portfolio to existing and new customers, building strong relationships in the assigned region.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers and support field activities.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Progressive sales experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Prior experience in the operating room environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to TMTT products.
• Strong understanding of the assigned product portfolio and its competitive positioning.
• Ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels and escalate issues appropriately.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
