Sales Development Representative

About the role

CargoSprint is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping to expand the company’s presence in the cargo and logistics sector. The role offers a clear path for career advancement as you contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Generate leads using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn and other databases.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach and social selling.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest, fit and readiness.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for qualified prospects with Account Executives and senior sales leaders.
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
• Report on activity metrics including calls, emails, meetings set and leads qualified.
