About the role

This position is with a test‑prep company that delivers webinar‑based sales presentations to help students and families improve academic test performance. The role is focused on rapid lead outreach, follow‑up, confirming webinar attendance, and managing the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Call new leads immediately after they opt‑in.
Follow up with inactive leads via phone and text.
Confirm webinar attendance with prospects.
Update lead statuses and track activity in the CRM.
Maintain active and historical pipelines within the CRM system.

Required profile

Highly phone‑focused and comfortable making a high volume of calls and texts.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM data and pipeline tracking.

Required skills

GoHighLevel for lead management.
Triple Dialer for outbound calling.
Zoom for webinar tracking.
Google Sheets for reporting.

What we offer

Hourly pay ranging from $4 to $10 plus commission.
Full‑time, phone‑centric role with clear performance incentives.
