Sales Executive

About the role

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to engage guests and present the opportunity to become owners of premium vacation experiences. The role involves professional interaction with guests, delivering presentations, and guiding them through the ownership process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily to meet guests as a professional sales representative, adhering to dress and grooming standards.
• Work standard hours (7 am – 4 pm) and greet each guest warmly.
• Utilize approved presentation and support materials to convey product benefits.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to site VPG and closing percentages.
• Provide exceptional customer service as directed by management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through required training.
• Follow all company policies, licensure, and certification requirements.
• Discuss terms, incentives, points, and pricing with customers and secure purchase commitments.
• Participate in demo and assessment rides for coaching and motivation.
• Model effective sales and customer service practices and attend staff meetings, seminars, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
• Prior experience in vacation ownership sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and positive disposition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and build business partnerships.
• Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
• Openness to diverse perspectives.
