Sales Force Effectiveness Sr. Associate (Mexico City)

About the role

Amgen, a biotechnology company serving patients with serious illnesses, is hiring a Sales Force Effectiveness Sr. Associate in Mexico City. The role drives and crafts the company's Sales Force Incentives program, combining incentive calculations, quota and performance analysis with data management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate incentives monthly and check the quality of incentive compensation
• Know the quota and incentive models for private and public channels
• Ensure the quality of information for the sales team, including internal and external data such as secondary sources, medical files and hospital data
• Manage databases, data mining, medical files, charts of accounts and sales force structures
• Handle all objective setting (quota) and planning matters, supervising and reporting actual results
• Analyze performance and KPI data to give management actionable recommendations for improving field force performance
• Develop and implement sizing and deployment models, and consolidate wholesaler information for delivery to district managers on time
• Contribute to data warehousing development and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to find business challenges and improvement opportunities
• Provide support and training on the Sales Incentives calculation process

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment, or
• Associate's degree and 6 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment, or
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
• Preferred: experience handling projects and teams, and a track record of establishing and maintaining business processes
