Sales Manager / Country Manager (Mexico)

About the role

Wati is seeking a hands‑on regional leader to build and scale its Spanish‑speaking LATAM business, focusing on Mexico and surrounding markets. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing go‑to‑market strategies, and expanding the enterprise footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own new ARR and expansion targets for Spanish LATAM markets.
• Generate pipeline, convert leads, and close enterprise deals.
• Develop country‑level GTM strategies for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and other priority markets.
• Build and lead a local sales team (AEs, SDRs, partners) and collaborate with the Brazil leader on best practices.
• Adapt pricing, packaging and messaging to regional dynamics and identify vertical opportunities such as retail, fintech and CX automation.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and RevOps on demand generation, localization and forecasting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of achieving ARR growth and expanding enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish‑speaking LATAM market and ability to localize sales motions.
• Leadership experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
