Sales Operations Associate II

About the role

Arrow’s Business Support team is looking for a Sales Operations Associate II to help drive operational excellence across the organization. You will support day‑to‑day sales activities, coordinate quoting and order processes, and ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall account relationships and daily sales activities for assigned customers.
• Coordinate quoting, order preparation, and pricing with internal and external resources.
• Serve as liaison between sales, finance, and logistics to resolve returns, invoicing, credit, and shipping issues.
• Maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write‑offs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience supporting sales teams or in a sales role.
• Experience managing an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient English with strong communication abilities.
