Sales Specialist – Vacation Ownership

About the role

Join Villa del Palmar’s vacation ownership division as a Sales Specialist, working on‑site in Cabo San Lucas. You will introduce high‑end vacation ownership products to prospective members, guiding them through the entire sales journey from first contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Present vacation ownership offerings to guests on the property and at scheduled events.
• Conduct personalized sales presentations, identify guest needs, and propose suitable financial options.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and contracts in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, collaborate with resort teams to enhance the guest experience, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities with active listening skills.
• Proven sales experience in a target‑driven environment, preferably in hospitality or vacation ownership.
• Experience training or mentoring peers on sales techniques is a plus.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with standard office software.
