About the role
The SAP AfterSales Service Consultant will manage configuration changes and enhancements of our SAP system to support the Customer Service Organisation, focusing on automotive after‑sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, customize and implement core functionalities of SAP CS/PM and/or SD modules in the AfterSales Service area.
- Participate in roll‑out and implementation of new business applications, providing functional expertise and guidance to clients.
- Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical developers to deliver solutions.
- Monitor project status, risks and issues, and present periodic updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP CS/PM or SD modules, including S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP ERP integration with SD, PM, MM and after‑sales processes (orders, contracts, equipment, functional locations).
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams and willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
