SCCM Administrator – Windows Imaging & Patch Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage and optimise our System Center Configuration Manager environment globally. The role involves overseeing Windows imaging, software distribution, and patch management across servers and workstations, ensuring seamless deployment and support for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor SCCM servers worldwide, including software distribution and patch management.
• Deploy and maintain Windows images using MDT and SCCM, and validate hot‑fixes for Windows 7/8/10.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client issues, software deployment failures, and update deployment problems.
• Create and manage SCCM packages in collaboration with application packaging teams.
• Generate custom reports using SQL queries and maintain log file analysis.
• Participate in standard image development, QA testing, and rollout.
• Support AD/DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Automate tasks and enhance processes with PowerShell scripting.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SCCM (current branch) and Workspace ONE.
• Solid knowledge of Windows imaging and OS deployment tools (MDT, SCCM).
• Proven ability to manage SCCM infrastructure, perform day‑to‑day monitoring and resolve client incidents.
• Experience with patch management, software updates, and security‑patch processes.
• Good English communication skills.
