Seasonal Inbound Sales Representative – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are hiring seasonal inbound sales representatives to support a well‑established education‑focused organization. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico who enjoy helping prospective students navigate enrollment during a high‑volume period.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective learners and provide accurate information about educational programs.
• Guide callers through the enrollment process, including answering questions and, when required, assisting with payment collection.
• Offer callback options and ensure each interaction ends with a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and enrollment details.

Required profile

• Customer‑service or sales‑oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable, stable wired internet connection.
• Proper headset, monitor and an additional screen.

Required skills

What we offer

• Compensation of USD 5 per hour, paid weekly.
• Three‑week training program (May 25 – June 14) with daily sessions.
• Remote work schedule: 48 hours per week, rotating days off.
• Laptop provided; you must supply an extra screen, headset and wired internet.
