Seasonal Inbound Sales Representative (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

This seasonal, fully remote position supports an education‑focused organization by handling inbound calls from prospective learners in Mexico. You will guide callers through program information, enrollment steps, and occasionally assist with payment collection during a high‑volume enrollment period.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales and customer‑service calls from prospective students.
• Provide accurate program details and help callers complete the enrollment process.
• Offer callback options when requested and ensure a positive caller experience.
• Assist with payment collection when needed.

Required profile

• Customer‑service and sales‑oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable, stable wired internet connection.
• Proper headset and monitor (additional screen required).

What we offer

• Compensation of USD $5 per hour, paid weekly.
• Training starting May 25 for three weeks (Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM‑5:06 PM MST).
• Daily shifts of 9.6 hours (including a 1‑hour break), 48 hours per week.
• Rotating days‑off schedule over two weeks.
• Laptop provided; you must supply an extra screen, headset, and wired internet.
