Seasonal Remote Inbound Sales Representative (Mexico)

About the role

We are hiring entry‑level Inbound Sales Representatives to support an education‑focused organization. This fully remote, seasonal position is open to candidates based in Mexico and involves assisting prospective learners during a high‑volume enrollment period.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and customer service calls from prospective students.
• Provide program information, guide callers through the enrollment process, and assist with payment collection when needed.
• Offer callback options upon request and ensure a positive, engaging experience for each caller.

Required profile

• Customer‑service and sales‑oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable, stable, wired internet connection.
• Proper headset and monitor for calls.

What we offer

• Compensation of $5.50 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Three‑week training program starting June 8.
• Daily 9.6‑hour shifts (including a 1‑hour break), 48 hours per week with rotating days off.
• Laptop provided; you must have an additional screen, headset, and wired internet.
