Seasonal Restaurant Crew – Crete, Laganas & Santorini

About the role

Join Premier Capital Hellas, the operator of 32 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, as a member of the seasonal restaurant crew on the beautiful islands of Crete, Laganas and Santorini. You will help deliver the iconic McDonald’s experience to guests throughout the busy tourist season.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the kitchen and front‑of‑house areas.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests during all shifts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling.
• Familiarity with fast‑food service procedures.
