Seasonal Restaurant Crew – Crete, Laganas & Santorini

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal restaurant crew at McDonald’s locations in Crete, Laganas and Santorini. As part of Premier Capital Hellas, you will help deliver the iconic McDonald’s experience to guests throughout the busy summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, workstations and dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
