Security and Governance Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Security and Governance Administrator to lead security initiatives across our Microsoft 365 environment, network perimeter, and endpoint infrastructure. You will work closely with a collaborative IT team to raise the overall security maturity of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Advance enterprise‑wide technology maturity by improving security practices, standards, and controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that support compliance and risk management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks related to technology and data.
• Create, review, and maintain IT and security policies, including access control and data handling standards.
• Oversee data classification, access governance, retention, and responsible data handling.
• Maintain incident response readiness with up‑to‑date procedures and documentation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 security features such as email protection, DLP, information protection, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and MFA.
• Design and maintain Snowflake RBAC, role hierarchies, grants, and resource monitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
