Security Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Security Intelligence Analyst to join its Security Operations team. The role supports security operations across the Americas by turning intelligence into actionable insights that protect people, contractors, assets, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and assess intelligence from internal and external sources.
• Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and executive briefings for security operations.
• Monitor geopolitical, criminal, social, and security developments that could impact Ericsson.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend risk‑mitigation measures.
• Support travel security, operational security, and contractor safety initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand intelligence requirements and reporting priorities.
• Escalate significant threats and provide recommendations for decision‑making.
• Contribute to security projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in threat, protective, government, military, law‑enforcement, or risk intelligence.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and communicate intelligence for operational decisions.
• Strong analytical, research, and structured writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with a valid passport and willingness to travel.
• Background in military, government, law‑enforcement, intelligence agencies, or corporate intelligence functions.
• Experience in travel security, protective intelligence, geopolitical risk, or OSINT.
• Relevant intelligence certifications or formal training.

Required skills

• OSINT (Open‑Source Intelligence) techniques.
