Senior Associate – Strategy & Project Management

About the role

PwC Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Strategy & Managed Services team. You will help turn strategy into execution by leading high‑impact projects for clients across technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to drive execution and continuous improvement.
• Use data and insights for decision‑making, reporting and risk management.
• Contribute to PMO governance, dashboards and executive‑level communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience in complex or global environments; consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency required; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM/PSM, PMI‑ACP) are preferred.
