Senior Corporate Accountant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, growing company as a Senior Corporate Accountant. You will be a key member of the accounting team, collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable and Treasury groups while handling daily and month‑end close tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly cash, AP, and general journal entries.
• Perform balance‑sheet and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare standard accruals, expense reclassification entries, and other month‑end close journal entries.
• Conduct weekly reconciliations to support internal reporting needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with AP and Treasury teams on refunds, checks, and related items.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of accounting experience, including hands‑on journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable handling large data sets.
• Experience supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Self‑starter with a mindset for process improvement.
