About the Role

Join the Corporate Information System team at Gualapack and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital landscape. As a key technical leader, you will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our global infrastructure, bridging the gap between local operational needs and international strategic standards.

Main Missions

• Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, on-premise datacenters, and telecommunications systems.
• Design and implement robust IS architectures and technical standards to support business growth.
• Lead IS projects, coordinating both internal resources and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Mexican sites, providing high-level support to the local Helpdesk.
• Monitor the global network and implement industry best practices for cybersecurity and data protection.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for the group.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and lifecycle of operating systems and software across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures and cybersecurity protocols.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with headquarters and local site teams.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous learning approach toward technological evolutions.
