Senior Creative Designer

About the role

The Senior Creative Designer leads the visual direction for the B2C Marketing team, setting standards and elevating the work of fellow designers. You will shape brand identity, drive campaign concepts and ensure every visual output meets a high‑quality benchmark.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain creative standards for all brand and strategy visual output.
• Provide clear, constructive direction to Motion Designer and Design Intern, acting as the final quality gate for campaigns, brand materials, social content and event assets.
• Lead visual concept and execution for B2C campaigns across paid social, display, landing pages, email templates and in‑app visuals, adapting assets for multiple formats while preserving creative integrity.
• Own and evolve the visual brand identity and design system, maintaining typography, color, iconography, grid and component libraries, and documenting brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Brand & Planning Lead and Paid Media Analyst to translate strategy into visual language and iterate based on performance data.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading creative direction for B2C marketing or brand teams.
• Strong eye for visual quality and ability to critique and improve work of other designers.
• Comfortable pushing back on uninspiring briefs and guiding teams toward standout concepts.
• Data‑driven mindset to iterate creative assets based on performance insights.
• Excellent communication skills to partner across brand, planning, paid media and product teams.
