Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Corning is seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst to partner with strategic customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, demand planning, and supply execution in a global manufacturing environment. The role blends analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer demand, order fulfillment, and supply chain execution to achieve high service levels.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, logistics, commercial, and customer teams to resolve constraints and prioritize requirements.
• Monitor forecasts, inventory, backlog, production schedules, and key supply chain metrics.
• Support SIOP processes, new product introductions, inventory initiatives, and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer service, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain modules).
• Experience managing customer forecasts, orders, and delivery performance.
• Knowledge of SIOP, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous‑improvement tools.
• APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or ISM certifications (CPSM, CPM, APP) – preferred.
