Senior Delivery Manager – LATAM Retail SaaS (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS provider looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our retail and supply‑chain portfolio across LATAM. Working as an independent contractor, you will own a book of accounts, ensure successful onboarding, drive adoption and expand revenue while collaborating with product, engineering and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail customers, conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage, identify risks and growth opportunities, and ensure renewals.
• Apply retail expertise (inventory planning, demand forecasting, pricing, promotions) to help customers translate the software into better business decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate with TAMs and engineers, and track milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and work with sales/account teams to drive growth.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support and data teams to solve problems and feed customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide regular updates on customer health and key metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Management at a SaaS company, focused on retail customers.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory, demand forecasting, replenishment, pricing or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid Excel skills (SQL a plus).
