Senior Director, Advisory & Transformation (CP&A)

About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Construction, Projects & Assets (CP&A) Advisory & Transformation practice. The role involves guiding clients through complex strategic, operational and digital challenges across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on corporate strategy, business transformation and digital innovation.
• Lead large‑scale engagements, defining solutions that span people, process, data and technology.
• Identify and solve complex organizational and operational problems for multinational clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, accountants and technologists to deliver end‑to‑end project governance.
• Drive the development of best‑practice methodologies and tools to improve capital efficiency and time‑to‑value.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in advisory, transformation or consulting within construction, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and large client engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
