Senior Director, Alliances & Channels (Mexico)

About the role

Oracle is looking for a transformational Senior Director to own and grow the Alliances & Channels business in Mexico. You will lead a modern, AI‑enabled partner ecosystem, driving revenue, pipeline, cloud consumption and customer success across a wide range of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Alliances & Channels revenue targets, pipeline creation and partner‑sourced bookings for Oracle Mexico.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Applications, Data, AI and industry solutions.
• Build joint business plans with strategic partners, covering revenue, pipeline, certification and customer acquisition.
• Lead the transformation of the partner ecosystem toward cloud‑first, AI‑first and services‑led models.
• Scale Oracle’s AI ecosystem, including Generative AI, data platforms and industry AI solutions.
• Recruit, develop and enable next‑generation partners such as AI‑native firms, digital consultancies and startups.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
• Executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships at C‑level.
• Deep understanding of cloud, data and AI technologies and their business impact.
• Experience influencing across highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to mobilize internal and external stakeholders around a shared growth agenda.
