Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

Taikun Digital is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its Founder/CEO. This high‑visibility position blends professional and personal assistance, ensuring the founder’s day runs smoothly while he focuses on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of the founder’s blended work‑and‑personal calendar, coordinating with his partner on shared commitments.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, including email, LinkedIn, and Twitter DMs, drafting replies and escalating only critical items.
• Plan and execute all travel logistics—flights, hotels, ground transport—and maintain passport, loyalty accounts, and travel dossiers.
• Prepare daily briefing dossiers: morning brief, pre‑reads for context‑heavy meetings, and end‑of‑day rundowns.
• Handle life‑logistics such as restaurant reservations, gift coordination, and personal appointments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders, preferably in fast‑paced digital or marketing environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to defend the founder’s time and prioritize tasks autonomously.
• Comfortable working East Coast US hours from a Latin‑America location.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to act as a gatekeeper between the founder and external stakeholders.
