Senior Field & Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Dyson is seeking a Senior Field & Sales Operations Manager to lead its retail sales strategy in Mexico. The role will drive sales and profit growth for existing and new Dyson products across national accounts, overseeing a large field team and ensuring a consistent Dyson experience at retailer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop objectives, strategies and KPIs for the Territory Sales Manager program to grow sales at retailer doors.
• Lead and manage a field workforce of over 200 people through National Field Sales Managers.
• Set goals and KPIs in alignment with sales and brand objectives and support managers in creating category-specific territory plans.
• Design and enable education programmes for beauty retailers, including tailored eventing and demonstration formats.
• Collaborate with agencies on personnel development, opportunity identification and budget management.
• Monitor key performance indicators, sales action plans and opportunity detection to maximise partner store performance.
• Build and lead a consumer-facing demonstration team of Dyson Experts and Stylists, ensuring training and support for each demonstration.
• Model exemplary leadership, motivate teams, and develop career plans for staff.
• Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, profit and inventory targets per store.
• Analyse data to define sell-out targets and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large field sales teams (200+ members) in a retail environment.
• Strong ability to set and track objectives, strategies and KPIs.
• Experience developing and executing territory and demonstration programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Capability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making and performance monitoring.
