Senior Global Category Manager - Indirect Procurement

Main Missions

• Develop and implement comprehensive global category strategies for indirect spend (Marketing, IT, Logistics, Professional Services, etc.).
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate high-value global agreements to ensure scalability and cost optimization.
• Manage complex supplier portfolios, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate within a global matrix organization to align procurement strategies with overarching corporate objectives.
• Ensure operational continuity through effective tactical execution while driving long-term cost savings and value creation.
• Promote best practices in procurement and drive continuous improvement across all managed categories.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Category Manager within a large-scale multinational organization, specifically focusing on indirect procurement.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-regional supplier portfolios and high-stakes negotiations.
• Strong ability to navigate and influence within a global matrix environment and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and global supply chain trends.
• Exceptional intercultural communication skills and a strategic mindset.
