Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual projects for OFF-WHITE. The role blends fashion insight, cultural awareness, and strong visual storytelling to create compelling concepts that align with the brand’s direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts that reflect OFF-WHITE’s creative vision and brand identity.
• Collaborate with product, merchandising, and cross‑functional teams throughout the design process.
• Create moodboards, research decks, presentations, and direction materials for seasonal collections.
• Produce illustrations, typography, photography, collage, digital compositions, and mixed‑media proposals.
• Translate cultural, music, art, and lifestyle references into original visual ideas.
• Prepare production‑ready files and ensure technical feasibility with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders and guide junior designers or external collaborators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, streetwear or youth culture.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative approach, technical execution and quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma, Procreate and After Effects.
• Solid knowledge of typography, composition, visual storytelling and image editing.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectives.
