Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative development of all graphic applications for apparel. The role combines artistic vision with technical expertise to produce prints, logos, labels, hang tags and other branding assets that enhance garment storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and execute graphics for T‑shirts, hoodies, outerwear and other apparel items.
• Create seasonal direction decks and moodboards to define the visual narrative.
• Collaborate with the apparel design team to integrate graphics with garment design.
• Produce original artwork using illustration, photography, collage and mixed‑media techniques.
• Translate trends and cultural moments into compelling visual concepts.
• Work with print vendors and factories to ensure feasibility and quality across DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, puff print and other applications.
• Maintain organized files and clear specifications for sampling and production.
• Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative and technical guidance.
• Present seasonal collections to leadership, merchandising and sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing graphics for apparel, preferably streetwear, youth or sportswear brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original illustrations, typography and print layouts.
• Ability to interpret fashion, music, pop‑culture and art trends into unique visual concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Figma and Procreate (or similar illustration tools).
• Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, dyeing techniques and placement graphics.
• Understanding of DTG, heat‑transfer and puff‑print production methods.
