Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of creative and production work for its near‑shore studio in Mexico City. The role sits within a high‑volume, AI‑augmented environment and supports a multi‑brand portfolio in the healthcare education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle in the OMG workflow system, from brief intake and resource allocation through production, review, approval and delivery.
• Maintain real‑time project status, ensuring the Program Director and Resource Manager have up‑to‑date visibility.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, CRM, video, QA) to manage dependencies, review cycles and production milestones.
• Identify and flag SLA risks early, escalating with proposed solutions to keep deadlines on track.
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness, clarifying scope and routing to the appropriate team.
• Manage version control, asset filing and delivery logistics to meet specification requirements.
• Contribute to weekly status reports and quarterly business review preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Strong understanding of multi‑disciplinary workflows and ability to manage high‑volume project pipelines.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to work in a hybrid setting in Mexico City.
