Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead the flow of creative work in its near‑shore production hub in Mexico City. The role sits within a high‑volume, AI‑augmented studio that serves a multi‑brand portfolio across the healthcare education sector. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with creative, CRM, video and production teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects using the OMG workflow system, from brief intake to delivery.
• Maintain real‑time project status in OMG, providing visibility to the Program Director and Resource Manager.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video and QA teams, managing dependencies, review cycles and production milestones.
• Identify and flag SLA risks early, escalating with proposed solutions before deadlines are missed.
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness, flagging ambiguities and confirming scope.
• Manage version control, asset filing and delivery logistics to ensure final files meet agreed specifications.
• Contribute to weekly status reporting and quarterly business review preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
• Senior‑level project management experience handling multiple workstreams (creative, CRM, video, production).
• Strong ability to surface risks, manage dependencies and ensure SLA compliance.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a global, multilingual organization.
• Based in Mexico City and comfortable with a hybrid work model.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the OMG proprietary workflow system (or comparable project‑management platforms).
