Senior iOS Developer – Lead Architecture & BLE Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance mobile applications. The role focuses on scalable architecture, BLE and sensor integration, and mentoring a growing engineering team. This position is based in Mexico and works closely with cross‑functional groups to bring end‑to‑end solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex iOS applications with emphasis on scalability and performance.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, modular design, and code quality.
• Implement device integration layers, including BLE, sensor data handling and other hardware interfaces.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers.
• Experience working on real‑time data streams or hardware integrations such as continuous glucose monitors.
• Strong understanding of modern app architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
