About the role

OMRON is seeking a strategic Senior Legal Counsel to support its operations in Mexico and the broader region. The role partners closely with business units to align legal advice with commercial strategies, manage risk, and enable high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal guidance to ensure alignment with business and commercial strategies.
Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactions.
Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR.

Required profile

Law degree with a valid license to practice.
8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles (in‑house or law firm).
Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Solid knowledge of corporate, labor, and compliance matters.
